Summary
Project located on Turkeys South-West Region in Denizli province. Project water source is Yenicekent Main Channel that delivered water from Cindere Dam. Project have 3 Phase pumping. Main gravity pipe take water from the Curuksu Main Channel approximately irrigate 1370 ha of irrigation land. In half way of main pipe line Phase 1 pump station is located. Phase 1 pumping irrigate total 830 ha land. At the end of Phase 1 there is another pump station located that have feed Phase 2 irrigation. Phase 2 have 462 ha irrigation land. And half way of Phase 2 main pipe line there is Phase 3 pumping station located. So last Phase irrigate 200 ha land. In project formulation creek rehabilitation needed for drainage. Akgedik and Ballik Creeks needs to rehabilitation against drainage form irrigation surface. In the project all system made of pressure pipe network. Pipe diameters various in 2300 to 110 mm. Pipe materials are steel, CTP and HDPE100. In the region Turkey’s most important irrigation corps like olive, pomegranate, fig grown.
